Welcome!
After years of talking about it, I finally created a website for my piggy banks. I collect all kinds of piggy's - old, new, big and small. Over the years I have purchased banks from various stores (in person and online), yard/garage sales, flea markets and EBay. I have also received quite a few banks as gifts from family and friends.
My piggy bank collection includes banks made of different materials - glass, wood, ceramic, plastic, etc. I even have one made out of chocolate!
The banks are made by various companies - American Bisque Co., Hull Pottery, Lefton and Royal Copley are just to name a few. A large majority of my collection are unmarked as I do not know who manufactured them. I am not a piggy bank expert, so please excuse me if any of my piggies are mislabeled.
This is not my complete collection. Due to a lack of space, many of my pigs are stored away. One day I hope to free them from their boxes.
I want to thank my family and friends who have contributed to my collection over the years. You know who you are. I truly appreciate each and every piggy.
A special thank you goes to my husband, Jason, who has driven many miles and spent countless hours scouring flea markets, yard sales and antique/collectible stores hunting for piggy banks with me. I love you so much!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy my piggy banks as much as I do.
